In this paper we proceed to analyze the asturian beef cattle sector throught the technical and economical study of four different production systems. We report that the four production systems are differents, and the main profitability obtained with that system in which we have the lower costs and incomes, therefore resulting more interesting the extensive systems (system with Asturian of Mountain and system with minimun confined), due to the use of a greater percentage of grazing time.
