This paper presents an econometric research on limited‑dependent variable models, in this case a dummy dependent variable which represent the probability of encountering farmer which income comes only from farming, provided the values of the regressors. A logit model is applied to the data from a survey on Andalusian farmers. Time devoted to the farm and education level were the most important explanatory variables.
