We described a complex spinal column abnormality, including lordosis, scoliosis and kyphosis (LEC), associated to family structure in gilthead seabream. This one, only appeared in offspring of family 2H, its three replicas, where were detected more LEC than would be expected under independence between family and deformity Z_2H.LEC≥3.18 (P<0.05).
