Summary:
In this paper the conditions and installations to acclimatize chestnut plants from tissue culture are described. Water relations of the vegetable material from different stages of micropropagation process are also analysed. High levels of transpiration both in vitro grown shoots and plants on acclimatization step are recorded.
Plant quality from micropropagation is studied and compared with plant from stooling and seedling.
